You Don't Need a Golf Club to Practice at Home
Sometimes you might live in inclement weather or can't swing a club in the house.
Dr. Kwon shows how you can just use your arms and body to practice your golf swing.
Ideally, it would be nice to swing a club, but doing these without a club are much better than doing nothing at all.
They will definitely help you with your tempo and weigh shift.
